O Masterclass é o antigo BBQ Secrets Camp, um curso de imersão no mundo da carne realizado em Botucatu (SP) desde 2017, atualmente se chama Masterclass e possui turmas exclusivas de no máximo 20 alunos.

O evento é dividido em aulas teóricas e práticas, ou seja, um final de semana completo voltado para a carne de qualidade, onde os alunos podem ter uma experiência completa e única do mundo da carne de qualidade com profissionais extremamente competentes e reconhecidos no mercado.

Nestes últimos 4 anos, mais de 1.000 alunos já se formaram. Em 2020 realizamos 7 edições do evento para um público extremamente heterogêneo, desde empresários, investidores, pecuaristas, técnicos da área, estudantes, cozinheiros, ou seja, toda e qualquer pessoa ligada a cadeia da carne de qualidade e amante de um bom churrasco com o objetivo de reciclar seus conhecimentos, se aproximar de marcas importantes e aumentar o networking.
